Assault at Disneys' Port Orleans French Quarter

Three of us stayed 16 nights Sept, 08. A bell person they called JD was to bring 30 items and expensive medical equipment to the reception area in 2 trips when we left. Two ladies were in the room when he arrived. He refused, piling all of the items on one small carrier. When arriving at checkout I told JD (who was wearing a false ID tag with the name Robin), I was not pleased that he wouldn't listen to the ladies. He said too bad and he didn't care. I told him to leave us and get another bell person. He refused AGAIN. After I told him "I would have his job", his reply was "You can have it!" He actually spit at me as he turned and left.

I filed a complaint with Walter (the resort guest relations manager) and a security person named James. I requested a County Sheriff be called. I was told County Sheriffs have "no jurisdiction in Disney".

I have heard nothing of this complaint. I feel I am owed something. This was an assault. Never again will I visit this resort. I tried to have this person arrested. Seems management doesn't care who they employ. Beware the French Quarter! You will take the chance of having an expensive vacation ruined when you leave. No written apology or even a notice of what was done about this vile person. They have my name and address.

I HEARD NOTHING! It's false that Disney goes out of their way for their guests. They let workers assault you and get away with it.

Let me guess, you peeps are from up East? I can also tell by the demeanor in your complaint, that you probably escalated this issue at warp speed when the bell person, "who was wearing a 'false' ID tag" brought your assisted living medical devices down to you in one trip rather than two.

If he made two trips, you probably would have given him a shiny quarter for his efforts.

Not only that, but you now expect something in value for the scene you cause in their lobby. They probably figure you won't live long enough to return anyway. And, even if you did, you would be just a bigger pain in the butt than you were that time.

Your last name isn't Goldsteinbergman is it.

Because, if it is, I've waited on you before, and you were nothing , but a whiny, cheap pain to 'attempt' to take care. Some people are just bitter, you're one of them.
